Copyright reporting

Last updated: August 21, 2026

We respect intellectual-property rights and review valid reports of suspected copyright infringement on coCreatr.

How to submit a report

Email info@cocreatr.me with the subject line “Copyright report” and include:

  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • The exact URL, creator profile, clip, message, or other location of the material you want us to review.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review reports, may ask for more information, and may remove or restrict access to reported material while we investigate. We may notify the person who posted the material and may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

DMCA designated agent

coCreatr will publish its current registered DMCA designated-agent contact details here after its designation has been filed with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until then, the support address above is the fastest way to reach us about a report. This page does not replace a completed DMCA agent designation or legal advice.

Counter-notices

If we remove your material based on a copyright report and you believe it was removed in error, contact us at info@cocreatr.me for the counter-notice process. Do not submit false or misleading reports or counter-notices.

This workflow should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before public launch and updated with the registered DMCA agent's details once designation is complete.
