Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These Terms govern your use of coCreatr's mobile app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Who can use coCreatr

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use the Service where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms where required. You must provide accurate information and keep your account and verification code secure.

How the Service works

coCreatr helps creators find collaborators, opportunities, and businesses; build profiles; upload clips; send messages and collab ideas; and connect approved social accounts. A connection, match, or opportunity does not guarantee a paid engagement, a collaboration, reach, results, or safety of an offline meeting.

Your content and profile

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You give coCreatr a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, and display that content only to operate, secure, and improve the Service as enabled by your profile settings. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and share it.

Community rules

  • Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, or deceive anyone.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Do not scrape the Service, evade access controls, manipulate matching, or use another person's account or data without permission.
  • Keep any offline collaboration professional and use your own judgment. Report conduct or content that makes you feel unsafe.

Safety, moderation, and account action

We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content; limit features; or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or is required by law. We may act on reports and enforce a repeat-infringer policy. Use the in-app report and block tools when available, or contact us at info@cocreatr.me.

Copyright and intellectual-property reports

If you believe material on coCreatr infringes your copyright or another intellectual-property right, send a report to info@cocreatr.me with: your contact information, the work you claim is infringed, the exact material or profile to remove, a good-faith statement, a statement that your report is accurate and authorized, and a physical or electronic signature. See our copyright reporting page for details. We will review valid reports and may remove or restrict the material while we investigate.

Third-party services

Connected social platforms, app stores, payment providers, and other third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. If you connect an account, you authorize us to use the data and permissions you approve to provide the relevant coCreatr feature. You can disconnect a linked account in the app.

Optional automated features

Some future coCreatr features may use automated systems to organize information or offer creator suggestions. When an automated or AI-assisted feature is available, we will identify it in the relevant experience and explain the information it uses. You remain responsible for your choices and content. The AI content coach is not active in the closed beta.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, coCreatr disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user conduct, user content, third-party services, offline interactions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Disputes and individual arbitration

Please contact us first at info@cocreatr.me so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and coCreatr waive a jury trial and agree not to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek appropriate court relief for intellectual-property misuse, privacy or security misuse, or urgent harm. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@cocreatr.me within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, account phone number, and a clear statement that you opt out.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice and may request a new acknowledgement. Questions: info@cocreatr.me.

This beta-stage document should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before public launch, particularly for the legal entity, governing law, arbitration provider, age requirements, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rules.
